Poll: If You're Playing Modern Warfare 4, What Do You Think So Far?

Are you a fan? And if not, what's stopping you?So, I think it's fair to say Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 has had a pretty faffy launch. First came Campaign Early Access, followed four days later by DMZ Early Access, and then another three days later by its full release. Two too many launch days if you ask me, but still, I can't help but feel a hefty amount of FOMO sitting here 'CODless', as it's apparently one of the best Call of Duty games in quite some time. And since the game is finally enjo

Review: 8BitDo Ultimate 3E Controller For Xbox - Understated, Premium, And Well Worth Picking Up

Whenever I sit down to play Xbox, I now reach for the Ultimate 3E controller.8BitDo is one of those brands that has built a name for itself by shipping solid and reliable third-party peripherals for PC and console. In fact, I'm typing this review on its clickity-clackity SNES-themed Retro Keyboard, so it’s fair to say I'm already a fan.But when it comes to dethroning my go-to controller, the Xbox Elite Core 2, third-party alternatives never really stood a chance. That prospect seemed even less l

Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (October 24-25)

Starting anything new? It's the penultimate weekend before things get royally spooky. Makes me wonder if any of you are planning on playing something scary...It's been a relatively quiet week for new releases if we consider what a crazy month October has been, but big names like We Were Here Tomorrow and Final Fantasy Resonance launched just a few days ago. Then there's all the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 hoo-ha, but if none of those are to your liking, perhaps you'll find a bargain in our Sho

One Of Xbox's Biggest Successes Of 2026 Didn't Actually Release On Series X|S

A consumer-friendly move, or a silly one? When going through the data from Circana yesterday for September 2026 sales in the US (specifically for the story about Xbox and Nintendo console sales suffering YoY decreases), I happened to notice the list of "projected" best-selling video games of 2026 up to that point, and there are two games from Microsoft / Xbox in that lineup. The first of these is Forza Horizon 6, which supposedly was the seventh best-selling game of the year up to the end of Septe

In Becastled, we noticed a problem that emerged as players became more familiar with the game.
